One (1) stamp is awarded for each eligible drink or meal purchased in a single transaction.
Once twelve (12) stamps have been collected, the guest is entitled to redeem one (1) complimentary drink or pastry from the cafe, subject to availability.
Stamps from multiple loyalty cards cannot be combined to qualify for redemption. Twelve (12) stamps must be collected on a single loyalty card.
The complimentary item cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product.
Stamps must be issued at the time of purchase. Requests for missing stamps after the transaction has been completed cannot be accommodated.
Lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or photocopied loyalty cards will not be replaced or honored.
Purchases redeemed using vouchers, discounts, complimentary items, or other promotional offers may not qualify for stamps, unless otherwise stated by the cafe.
The cafe reserves the right to substitute the redemption item with another item of equal value if necessary.
The cafe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
