Hometown Cafe Guest Wi-Fi Policy

Complimentary Wi-Fi is a courtesy extended to our valued guests. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please observe the following:

One (1) Wi-Fi voucher will be issued for every completed ₱300 spent in a single transaction.

For example:

A purchase of ₱300 qualifies for one (1) Wi-Fi voucher.
A purchase of ₱350 qualifies for one (1) Wi-Fi voucher.
A purchase of ₱600 qualifies for two (2) Wi-Fi vouchers.
A purchase of ₱650 still qualifies for two (2) Wi-Fi vouchers, as only completed ₱300 spending increments are counted.
A purchase of ₱900 qualifies for three (3) Wi-Fi vouchers.

The total purchase amount from multiple transactions cannot be combined to qualify for additional Wi-Fi vouchers unless otherwise approved by management.

Each voucher provides 45 minutes of internet access and is valid for one device only.
One voucher is issued per qualifying receipt. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be shared, sold, or duplicated.
Wi-Fi vouchers are available only on the day of purchase and cannot be redeemed on future visits.
Internet access is intended for reasonable personal use. Excessive streaming, large downloads, online gaming, cryptocurrency mining, file sharing, or any activity that places an unreasonable load on the network is prohibited.
Internet speed and availability may vary depending on network traffic, service provider conditions, and the number of connected users. Continuous or uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Guests are expected to use the internet responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Illegal, abusive, or harmful online activities are strictly prohibited.
Please be considerate of other guests. Meetings and remote work are welcome, provided noise is kept to a respectful level and seating is not occupied unnecessarily during busy periods.
Seating is reserved for paying customers. Management may limit table occupancy during peak hours to accommodate all guests.
Complimentary Wi-Fi does not guarantee access to power outlets. Electrical outlets are provided as a convenience and are subject to availability.
Our team is unable to resolve issues related to your personal device, software, or third-party websites. We appreciate your patience should the internet be slow or temporarily unavailable.
Hometown Cafe reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Wi-Fi access at any time for misuse, abusive behavior, violation of these policies, or any activity that affects the safety, security, or experience of our guests.
