At Hometown Cafe, we strive to process and ship every order accurately, efficiently, and with the utmost care. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Please review the following Shipping Policy before placing an order through our online store.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our regular business days and are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. During peak seasons, promotional events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Freshly Roasted Coffee

To ensure optimal freshness, certain coffee products may be roasted specifically for your order. As a result, additional processing time may be required before shipment.

Freshly roasted coffee may not ship on the same day the order is placed. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize quality over speed.

Shipping Methods

Shipping is handled through our selected courier partners. Available shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping fees will be displayed during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and may vary depending on your location.

While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Hometown Cafe is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier operations
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Traffic or transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please ensure that:

  • The recipient's name is correct.
  • The delivery address is complete.
  • Contact numbers are accurate and reachable.

Hometown Cafe is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Shipping Confirmation & Inspection

Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect the package immediately.

If your package arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate your concern, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the shipping box
  • Photographs of the product(s)
  • Photographs of any visible damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Please retain the original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to Hometown Cafe due to:

  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Refused delivery
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Failure to claim the shipment

may be reshipped upon the customer's request, subject to payment of any additional shipping costs.

If a refund is approved for an undeliverable order, shipping fees and any courier charges incurred may be deducted from the refund.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected destinations.

Customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Hometown Cafe has no control over these fees and cannot estimate or reimburse them.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be unavailable for shipment to specific locations due to courier limitations or local regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel shipments where delivery cannot be completed safely, legally, or reasonably.
