Hometown Cafe House Rules

Hometown Cafe is privately owned and operated. To provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following house rules be observed:

Please be mindful of your time in the café. We do not impose a strict seating limit; however, during busy periods, our team may kindly request that you relocate to another available seating area or conclude your visit to help accommodate arriving guests. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and consideration.
Each dine-in guest is required to have at least one (1) food or beverage order.
Closed-circuit television (CCTV) is in operation throughout the premises 24 hours a day for the safety and security of our guests, team members, and property.
Guests are responsible for any damage to café property caused by negligence or intentional acts. Corresponding repair or replacement costs may be charged.
Professional photography, videography, commercial content creation, or organized photo shoots require prior approval from management.
Please treat our team members with courtesy and respect. Abusive language, harassment, threats, discrimination, intimidation, or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service, removal from the premises, or referral to law enforcement when necessary.
Please be considerate of fellow guests. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, offensive conduct, or any activity that disturbs the café environment may result in being asked to leave.
Hometown Cafe is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings or vehicles while on or around the premises.
Guests enter and use the premises at their own risk. Hometown Cafe shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring within the café except where required by applicable law.
Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for informing our team before placing an order. Hometown Cafe cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions if no prior notice is given.
Smoking, vaping, the use of illegal substances, and all forms of gambling are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Exceptions may be made for guests with medically required dietary restrictions, subject to management's approval and presentation of appropriate documentation.
Children are always welcome. For everyone's safety, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Running, rough play, or behavior that may endanger themselves or others is not permitted.
Pets are welcome. Pets must remain on a leash or in an appropriate carrier at all times. They are not permitted on tables, chairs, couches, or to use café plates, cups, glasses, or cutlery. For health and food safety reasons, management reserves the right to request that heavily shedding or disruptive pets remain outside.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or request that any guest leave the premises for failure to comply with these house rules, disruptive conduct, or any behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or experience of our guests and team members.
