At Hometown Cafe, we are committed to serving high-quality food, beverages, and merchandise in a warm and consistent manner. If something does not meet your expectations, we are here to help resolve the matter fairly and respectfully.

To ensure clarity and consistency for all guests, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.


Food & Beverage Concerns

We take food quality and guest experience seriously. If you have any concerns with your order, please inform our team so we can assist you promptly.

  • If there is an issue such as an incorrect order or a verified quality concern, we may offer a replacement of the same item or another item of equal value, subject to availability.
  • If a foreign object is found in your food or beverage, we will immediately investigate the concern and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement.
  • For concerns related to taste or preference:
    • Items that are mostly or 90% untouched may be eligible for replacement.
    • Items that have been consumed by 10% or more may not be eligible for replacement unless approved by management.

Refunds are not typically provided for items based on personal preference; however, we always welcome feedback and will do our best to offer a suitable alternative.

  • Items for return or review must be presented in-store.
